- Do We Ship Outside The USA?
- We are unable to ship outside of the U.S.A. at this time.
- What Is Our Return Policy?
- We will grant a full refund or replacement on the subtotal of any order that is defective in quality or does not meet the description of the product according to the information provided on the web site. Because we offer so many variables such as sizes and quality, it is rare that we are able to reuse returned items. Nevertheless, as a courtesy to our customers, we accept returns of any non-defective product within 30 days and will extend a 75% credit of the original subtotal to be applied towards any future purchase. The credit can go toward any future purchase. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
- How Quick Does My Order Ship?
- Usually orders ship within 3 business days and take between 1-6 business days for shipping depending on your location for a total of 4-9 business days. Note: Rush orders will ship in 2-3 business days via Fed Ex 2nd Day Air service. All orders paid through PayPal will take 1 additional business day & orders paid using an electronic check through PayPal will take an additional 4-5 business days to allow payment to clear.
- Can Merchandise Be Returned?
- We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 5 days of shipment for a refund*. ALL RETURNS MUST FIRST BE AUTHORIZED. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.
- Can we cancle our order?
- Once your order has been placed and paid for it may not be cancelled. Please confirm that your order is correct before clicking on the "Place Order" button. If you notice an error on your order please contact our customer service department within 24 hours.
- Extra Heavy And Oversized Orders
- Additional shipping may be charged for heavy and oversized air shipments. If this is the case you will be contacted for approval of charge first.
